I´m very happy to watch BBC News 24. This channel is reachable in Eastern Europe these days on my digital 80cm satellite (free to air on Astra 2A, 11,954H, 27500, 2/3). I hope that this will last.

Right then - slightly edited countdown, indicating that the fundamental idea won't be replaced following the relaunch? (Although, I hope the actual graphics on the countdown are changed).

Is that so? Do you plan on making any donations to the BBC for that?

Lol. They were just trying to link up a telephone interview with someone named Joe King about the US school shooting, and the line wouldn't work!

Edit: They got there in the end, but Mr King gets the most useless interviewee of the year award.

At the top of 11am hour, double shot of Tim & Jane, Tim did the 'good morning our main story...' and got his name aston on screen, but when Jane picked up the headline they cut to a screen graphic then straight to the report so I still don't know who Jane Hill is!!!
