What a load of rubbish. There's one clip of her on Youtube when she was fixing her hair from Praia da Luz last year, and that is all the evidence you have to say she is vain? Wouldn't you check you were looking presentable before you went on TV to millions of people?
Have you also not seen the amount of presenting she has done on location where she has been ravaged by bad weather, with her hair soaked through and blowing all around her head?

Erm, no, I saw THE narcissist Jane Hill when she was reporting for the BBC several years ago. And I think that clip of her in Portugal only reiterates what I've seen to be honest. She's just a presenter, she's barely done any reporting in her career. Brilliant autocutie, poor journalist.
I've never read so much rubbish in all my life. She's an accomplished broadcaster and journalist. Okay, the BAFTAs may not be the most hard news story - but I suggest you try anchoring live, with no talkback to gallery audible, for a 40 minute unbroken, ad-hoc, ad-lib duration. Having people thrust at you to interview without being told who they are, what film they're in, their backgrounds etc. An amazing job.
Her delivery and presentation style is great, warm when it needs to be, but yet always solid with gravitas and authority. She has a sense of humour and she's very likeable.
Her coverage of the Madeline McCann events from Praia de Luiz was excellent last year. She's demonstrated time and time again that she is an excellent News 24 presenter, and an excellent location presenter/journalist. Well informed, knowledgable, and always provides good, solid coverage with accomplished delivery and style.
Oh dear - are we now picking on Jane Hill and making unnnecessary personal swipes at her? Well - turn on News24 NOW and if you like hating News24 presenters - you'll have a field day with Jane & Tim presenting the 11am slot together.
Me? I'm of the opinion that 2 of the strongest are on right now, and as Simon & Carrie have just finished, News24 has been very good this morning.
