Well, depends on your definition of "holiday".

CAM1: Link shot from Big Board to Main Desk / Guest Eyeline on Big Board
CAM2: BigBoard Main Pres shot / Guest Left Eyeline / Pres Left + Screen over shoulder
CAM3: Main Pres Left MCU / Pres L + Screen / 2 or 3 shot Pres + Guest L
CAM4: Main Presenter 2 shot
CAM5: Pres Right MCU / Pres R + Screen / 2 or 3 shot Pres + Guest R
CAM6: Guest Right Eyeline / Pres Right + Screen over shoulder / Link shot from Main Desk to Big Board
CAM7: Summary Pod MCU for Sport Heads

Of course each Camera can get a variety of different shots and the above is not a definative list!

DAMN *echo* What was I doing? Watching Best Of Top Gear which I've seen before, which was different to the one advertised.

2130? Strange they done it at half past the hour. Confused: What was the timing?

That's interesting, thanks.

Two quick follow-ups: what's MCU, and what do you mean by 'Eyeline'?

MCU=Medium Close=Up. It's one of a set of standard abbreviations used in television to describe shot sizes and framing.

Other standard shot descriptions are:
LS Long Shot
2S 2-Shot (i.e. of two people)
3S 3-Shot (I'll give you three guesses...)
MLS Medium Long Shot
MS Mid Shot
MCU Medium CLose Up
CU Close Up
BCU Big Close Up

An Eyeline is the line of sight between one presenter and another (or a guest).
