So why has Joanna Gosling replaced Emily Maitlis on News 24?
a) because Emily realised she didn't want to do 7-10 any more
b) they didn't think she was any good
c) they thought Joanna was better and offered her the gig
d) they thought Emily was too good for 7-10 and wanted her for other things
I know we're not going to get a definate answer, but would be interested to see what people think.

I think you'd need to trawl back more than a few pages. It must be knocking on around six months now.

I think that it may be a mixture of C and D. Joanna has much better chemistry with Ben, making the slot work alot better. At the same time, Emily is alot better than Ben and that was apparent in that slot.
