Anybody else noticing that reporters on location don't seem to be acknowledging Nick's existence?

Just handing back by saying "back to you".

do they not just reuse the reports over and over again later though so they avoid using the persons name?

I notice they use the balcony looking over the News 24 set on the sign zone news thing too.

Is that not because often a report is replayed later in the day as earlier we spoke to our reporter x in y, and by not saying back to whoever is presenting at the time, it makes for better continuity later in the day?

Well I thought that too, but on most of the lives they did it aswell.

I would have thought it would have been these lives that would be replayed out later. Nick Owen potentially has a larger share of these, as he has the first News 24 shift of the day.
