Sorry I can't provide a cap but if you switch on and take a look you will see what I mean

*Sigh*

Spell it out man, or don't bother posting.

We don't all have the luxury to be watching telly during the day.

This wouldn't be possible unless they ditched the closing news roundup after the BBC One regional opts.

Could they not just do that? Have the roundup before they hand to the regions? And if they did - they could promote Newsnight before it starts Laughing

Seeing as it is only a roundup, they could pre recoed it before the 10 news. If there was major breaking news they could do the round up on news 24 aswell?

"We have a dead chicken over there. Whether it was knocked down, I don't know."

I've had to watch this same package about bird flu countless times today, for something I'm working on. Therefore, in my madness, I felt it necessary to draw attention to this line.

I think it's naughty for them to pre-record news bulletins. IIRC, Central did it for their late bulletins and got a smack on the wrists from Ofcom for it.

I don't think there'd be any problem with recording a headline sequence. After all, many, if not most BBC Regional News programmes pre-record their opening headline sequence.

16.10 - The ticker hasn't worked for over 10 minutes now. Just a blank grey strip. I can't capture...

As does ITV News.

I still can't take to this Maitliss woman. I'm sure she's lovely, but I don't see why they're so keen to put her on every frigging programme there is at the moment.
