Which studio is TC10?
Is it TC7 where Newsnight and Working Lunch are in? If so, I'm sorry for misquoting it for TC10! Rolling Eyes

TC10 is on the 6th floor and used to be home to CBBC Presentation and then a daily CBBC show presented by Sam and Mark (name escapes me). It was also used for a period by News 24 when their current set was built. (Historically it was a News studio from 1969ish to 1998. Its last permanent News gig was as the home of BBC World in the blue era before they moved into their current home)

It is NOT the home of Newsnight, Working Lunch or Newsround.

Lets hope so. My major problem is that they expect the cube to look realistic and all but with great big squares accross the skyline!

Thye look good actually, and certainly improve the picture to if they weren't there.

The screens aren't too bad in N6 or TC7 now. Obviously they had teething problems, but I think most people just ignore the lines you ocassionally see over the weather map or on live interviews.

It's no different to the squares you can see on Sky's newswall. At least it's real, rather than the CSO "Theatre of News" on ITV.

Arrow revamped N8 (News 24) and maybe extend it slightly to help accomodate the nationals

Alas this would require a new building - N8 fills the space between the outside wall and the stairs from the top floor down to the lower level.

The 'Jean Charles de Menezes' story is getting on my nerves, not the coverage, the fact that all the presenters and reporters pronounce the name in a different way with more and more ridiculous pronouncations every time

Yea that bugs me too, and if they can't get it out they mumble the rest of it in a blah.

The newsreader on radio 2 this afternoon pretty much came out with "Jzuh Shjzuhjzh de Muhjzuhjzuhjzh".

Yet you still managed to work out who they meant!!!

in terms of news, what's the difference between Radio 2 and Radio 4? I know Five Live is sport oriented and Radio 1 is for, "younger audiences" when it comes to news, but what's the difference between 2 and 4? In fact, what's the difference with Radio 3 as well?

could N3/N5 not be used, are they in the newsroom.

And with regards to N8-KEEP n24 there BBC it looks way better. since the may 06 revamp N6 in my opinion is a boring charicterless studio.

best set ever 1999-2003 N24.they could mouthball N9 and move world to TC7 and l tc7 shows to N6.AT least world looks decent in there compared to n24 in N6.

charicterless

That's probably because charicters don't exist.
