Within a minute of the guilty verdict on some charges in the Chris Langham trial they had a report, which as far as I could tell was correct on the verdicts. I know reports are often pre-recorded for clear guilty / not guilty verdicts but in this case would the report have been voiced live or did they think this result possible? It was by Nick Higham, who I guess is at TVC.

That was understandable as it was a clear guilty verdict, they would also have had a not-guilty report ready for that, but in the Langham case does this mean they'd have had four or more reports ready depending on the verdict?

I just don't understand why people feel they have the right to credibly attack or make personal comments about someone they neither know nor have any real knowledge of.
I thought the forum was meant to be about TV presentation, not character assassination.
