Hardtalk 2330?
Time to remove it perhaps, is it me or are the interviews getting more boring? - I'm finding myself going to Sky for their Paper review at 2330 each evening. Maybe a faster paced interview lasting 13-15 mins and then going into the midnight 20 paper review at 2345 would be better.
Some might be happy with it, but it does rather split up the 2230-0030 shift somewhat.imo.

I agree - having it on at 4.30am is bad enough - never mind 11.30pm
Anyway it's the Doily doing the overngihts tonight. Any particular reason they're using N9?

It's not exactly Ulan Bator! It's certainly not some achievement the BBC should be proud of, will we now have legions of reporters and newsreaders flocking to Lebanon? Something tells me not...

Incredibly quick response by the BBC to get Jane out there, though. On the day in question she was on her usual shift, but was only on air for half an hour, until 11.30, when she vanished...and was broadcasting the next day from the location in Southern Portugal.

Interesting feature on BBC News 24 with Hugh Edwards at 5 today.
They had what looked like a GCI panel where the rarely used pod is.
Interesting! Perhaps they will use it more.

They've also got a "Kick-Off In:" countdown timer above where the breaking news/sport/business inset usually is for the footy.
