In my own opinion, I think BBC News 24 will rebrand sometime in January.
The main point being they've been seen on screen, so it means ther "rehearsing" if you will, how they will look on screen.
On the look of them, well, we've seen a red ticker - Sky News stylee, with the BBC News logo on the left hand side with the clock further left of the logo. One forumer also told us they'd seen a "swirl" strap along
the screen reading "HEADLINES" and then a couple of weeks ago, a black National style strap reading "BAGHDAD"
So, from the sightings, my predictions are that the swirls will come on for Coming Up, Headlines and Breaking News.
The poster did not mention how the swirls looked, they could include the type of "lines" from the national bulletin titles. I also think that the black strap will be used for Topic straps.
I can't mock what I think, and I'm most probably wrong. But, In my opinion, keep watching BBC News throughout January.
Obviously someone with more information could back-up my speculations or chuck them in the gutter, either way, do tell..
