Yeh, I thought I recognised that teenage presenter from newsround...interesting. Youngest ever news24 presenter Maybe not Cat Deely next week...Emma Watson?

Difficult to read sarcasm on here so forgive me if it was intended, but Ellie is 30 (although she doesn't look it).

She used to do serious news for Tyne Tees Television before she joined the BBC!

She seems very comfortable on News 24 alright but she certainly seems to talk 'down' to you as if we were all only 12 years old. I find it very patronising. She'll have to stop putting on the condescending voice and if she did, she'd be quite good.

I think Emily may be back in a couple of weeks, as according to the Radio Times she is down to do the last newsnight of the year on Friday 22nd December.

Great news, I thought she was a bit of a snobby cow to start off with, but I do like her on Fix, and Newsnight.

Regarding Ellie, she does look very young on TTTV Indeed.

Yes, unlike Emily, Ellie seems very comfortable and at ease on News 24, as if it's second nature to her. IMO she looks very early twenties, and sounds it too.
