Carrie Gracie just apologised for the lack of programme between 8.30 and 9, blaming it on some lighting equipment that exploded.

As an educated guess, I'd say the changes will involve the introduction of Astons to match those on the 1, 6 and 10, which has already been reported. I imagine the titles will be updated to the shinier, glassy look as seen on the 1, 6 and 10.

And of course it was heavily rumoured a while ago that the '24' might be dropped.

It was Marrianne Moshiri when I tuned in at 10.45 this morning.

On a side note graphics, ticker and tower have been freezing and disappearing most of this afternoon.
