I know this isnt exactly the right thread. But, I have found the N6 cameras to be dead wobbely and yesterday on the six, one crashed just before the special report.
News 24's TOG is operational today. The strange effect that you describe with the astons is the BBC World and, in some reports, National graphics animating beneath the superimposed N24 TOG. This was more apparent during the 11.00 World simulcast with Jonathan Charles, where the different towers were animating beneath each other. Also worthy of note on N24 is that the World ticker is being used from time to time - obvious due to the smaller size of the text in the subject box, and the different animation of the box compared to the N24 style ticker.
Currently on N24 with Maxine in N6 all is back to 'normal'. The pattern with the naitonal bulletin with Darren we've just had is the same as usual on a Saturday; normally the bulletin would be from N8, and Carrie would continue straight afterwards from the left hand summary pod. Today Maxine continued the N24 coverage standing from the other side of N6.
A very good point! I can't see there being a BBC One/News 24/BBC World simulcast! Perhaps it'll come from TC7!?
