If the problem has not been resolved, should we expect a filler programme at 1245hrs? This would allow N6 to get ready for the One.

Most memorable occasion for me was early hours of 6th December 2003... i.e. the morning of the lastest re-launch.

Deborah Mackenzie presenting (with short hair, not the minging Bouffon she now sports), followed by BBC World's The World Today. Debs was having problems earlier on in the shift with graphics and package feeds during the headline summary at 0130.

Its possible, head2head? Fast Track?, or an extended sports summary, we have less than 5mins to find out, or the possiblity that the 1 is a simulcast of n24 or comes from Westminster?

Well, there's a first! Kate in N6 hands back to Julian in the N24 studio!

We'll have to wait until 1300hrs to see if the problem has now been resolved!

It's a One simulcast, complete with BBC London opt-out. Must be a pretty major problem.

Although they're still prepared to use N8 with its backup mixer for 15 minutes of each hour.
Back to last week's astons on the One now (perhaps they're burned-in to the reports?), and oddly, no signing.

It's a "behind the scenes" technical problem rather than one you would see on air.

Anna hands over to the BBC news teams 'where you are', and N24 crashes into a sports bulletin with Celina Hinchliffe. The handover could have been a little better.

So I would presume we'll be back in N6 with Matthew/Maxine after the sport?

Aye, Celina was in N8. Its 'as you were' now, with Matthew on his own in N6.

EDIT: Karin presenting the business from the 'Business Centre'. Is there a problem with bringing the sports/business presenters into N6? Either at the desk or standing up?

TOTH with Liz Pike back in N8, but again the aerial shot was concentrated on the left hand corner of the desk.
