Who is the female presenter this afternoon?

It looked like Sharon Gray (with longer hair) when I flipped past it earlier. She used to do the ITV news overnight.

Oh yes, you're right - I knew she was familiar.

I thought she had been pursuing her legal career since leaving ITN and was now a barrister.

She's scaring me with that evil sinister head movement. A bit like something from Mars Attacks.

She's rather nice though Cool

Although I agree, her head movements are slightly robotic!

Funny...no-one liked her when she was at ITN...

She doesn't seem all that experienced to me, slows the whole show to a snails pace. Also think she's got an oak tree somewhere in her ancestry. I miss Maxine!

Don't you think that the comment about having "an oak tree somewhere in her ancestry" is a little racist, no?

I think she's an alright presenter, but I preferred her at ITV, she seemed suited there. On BBC News 24 it seems like she's a bit intimidated, or maybe it's just me.

Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but I thought python was implying that her presenting style was wooden.
