Perhaps Fiona will do the one on Mondays to up her hours a bit?

Jane Hill I suppose, but I'm having ideas about Sophie doing the one on Fridays as well, as she has done in the past, and Moira taking saturdays.
Another possibility could be Dermot presenting Fridays One and Six and Saturday bulletins.
The possibilities are endless. There might even be an outsider, although i doubt that very much.

Really? Is he in Malawi adopting a baby? It seems to be the most newsworthy article on some stations today.............

Fiona Bruce used to present the weekend bulletins around 2001/2002. It used to alternate between her, Peter Sissons and George Alagiah, IIRC.

I'm not watching the Six O'Clock News but I saw a report filed by George Alagiah on BBC World from Darfur in Sudan.

Then again I expect world affairs to be beyond the average Six viewer.
I love the way it was 'some' foreign country.... as if there's any other type!

I'm the opposite - I'd rather find out what's going on around the world, including the UK as any other country.
