So you don't think that the people of Iran are entitled to hear unbiaised news then. Just us in the West. Idiot!
Of course they are - but why should Britain pay for it?
Because some people actually believe that there's more to this world than just "me, me, me"! The BBC does the best, most impartial news in the world, so it's down to us to pay for it. I'm perfectly happy to do so as part of my taxes.
Well it seems that BBC News are focusing on something known as The Changing Face Of Britain. I want to know how long they're going to do this because they've been doing it since monday and the stories are pretty much the same.
I already know that people in the north smoke more than the south, most of the fattest women live in the west midlands and the highest levels of obesity is in Yorkshire and the Humber. The question is are they still repeating it?
I did notice some bloopers however on monday's 6 o'clock edition:
1) The news presenters accidently cocked up on the computer screen behind them
2) When they interviewed the man from the NOF and the woman from Boston they cut to the studio too early
3) After they show the reporter on the slide, the BBC News jingle is accidently played a second time for about 3 seconds.
And on todays Six Update it was bright sunshine rather than dusk ...
Well they could have got away with using the dusk background all day today, especially during the morning summaries and the 1 o'clock news when the cloud cover made it look like dusk.
One of the problems with the daytime backdrop, is that is is always Sunny in central London, with very little cloud cover, i do not see why they can't have another backdrop, from when there are rain clouds in the sky, for days like today. It makes the whole background look so fake, compared to the look of and office looking out over Central London.
