I'm not usually one to criticise spellings, but on the corporate website of a large organisation I'll make an exception... Phil Gail, Richard Whitely and Kenn Dodd indeed.

I noticed just now that BBC ONE are simulcasting their 12 o'clock bulletin with NEWS 24. Did this happen for the whole Christmas period last year. I suppose it makes sense if all the bulletins are on the hour/half-hour until next Wednesday.

It's been happening for months. It's a weekend routine. I think 'Sport Round' use the studio so a joint with N24 seemed suitable.

I've been impressed with this year's Christmas Day line up of presenters on both BBC News and News 24. Also, the way Jane Hill presented on News 24 between National bulletins reminded me of theITV News Channel. Just wondering why Jane is on today; she can't be that hard up can she?
