On the 6; Astons include the BBC News DOG. They look slightly distorted, actually...

So its that N6 or TC7? They can't of changed desks in the 7secs of countdown they had on N24?

TC7. The 6 was always going to be in TC7.

Why doesn't the news channel have its ticker dog and clock. This is really shabby, the news channel should never loose its bottom third elements. Its not as if the National News' graphics are incompatible!

So the whole "For the first time we're all coming from the same studio" of a few months ago is just gone? What is happening in N6 whilst TC7 is on air, how is still using two studios saving money!? Oh and 6 heads/titles on page 1.

Maybe 6 o'clock is a crew changeover time?

And the video as seen from the North West:

Notice they've changed the announcement too.

I knew it - what a mess with the '1' and the '6' was the same. The figures are faint and look silly - they would have been better putting BBC News at One, BBC News at Six and BBC News at Ten to the left of the globe or just leave the numbers out.

I also wonder why have we a Gills Sans overload yet there is another font for the '1', '6' and '10'? ...it just does not make sense!

A very poor rebrand...and I will not even start on Reporting Scotland...what a dog's breakfast!! Mad

Because this way, the 6 gets its' rehearsal time without disrupting the NC, and TC7 would just be sitting empty otherwise anyway since it's not used otherwise between Newsround & Newsnight.

Because a "one" in Gill Sans would look dreadful... " I "

EDIT... for these titles, not necessarily if used elsewhere.

There is no crew? Presenter, Floor Manager. I'm fairly sure remote cameras don't need a tea break. Gallery team can change whilst on air surely.
