WEEEEEE! Ha! Obviously someone didn't direct clear enough, or didn't prep the shot in time. Assuming it should have cut to the other camera (that was a 2 shot), but instead remained on-air and was moving into position for another shot, and in panic, the 2-shot camera operator went for the wrong button, hence going to presenter 1 chair. Ah well! It's what makes live TV fun!

There are no camera operators in that studio. All of the cameras are on Furio remote track and controlled by the director and the Mosart automation system (and there's no vision mixer/TD either - the vision mixer is Mosart controlled as well)... That's what makes this form of live TV even more fun.
If you're not careful you can let the automation system do things you weren't expecting. Particularly when you've only been on-air in that studio for a week or two.
