Nope, it was definitely black on yellow at launch earlier.

I was just thinking there's something a bit odd-looking about the background in that shot.

I was thinking that too. It is studio E.

It looks like some Millbank style trick photography.

As for this 9pm hour - wouldn't the best solution be to have a special BBC World bulletin (fixed at 9pm UK time, whether it confuses Americans or not) that is simulcast over the hour - essentially World News Today I guess.

Would be nice, but World News America needs to be fixed to US time as it airs on PBS stations in the US

Sure many will disagee and its not as though it was an original concept in the first place but this feels like a shameless rip off of Sky's style of paper review.
