It could simply be that someone spilt coffee on the studio mixer, quickly called World News, and said:
...then again you never know, we could both be clutching at loose ends. (Who's have thought it?!?)
Had that happened then you would hear the wooshes out of sync and much louder as they are on the World News countdown. It's a weird anomaly. But one I won't be complaining to the BBC about. Odd time to happen though, you'd expect it perhaps one side or the other of the 5 o' clock as that's controlled from C's gallery (as evidenced by the fact that the headline thunderclaps are World's stringless version) but A isn't really known to be World News studio. At least not for live broadcasts.
