The headlines on Midlands Today are now live, according to Doctor Dave - can't tell if it adds pace or slows the programme down!

Probably made by the same production team, but deserves a mention anyway.

1035 tonight, regional opt out dealing with the Stafford Hospital inquiry results, replacing A Question Of Sport.

Interesting that its not being networked, unless Network(Panorama etc!) are planning their own programme, plus I suppose the NC will take a look too!

MT also going out nationally on the NC too.

Note Nick's been off for the past couple of weeks on hols presumbly.

Interesting to note when Mary's been off lately, Sarah Faulkland has been used, so wheres Jo Malin & Jackie Kabler?

By the way, picked up a copy of Ashley Blake's book for a quid at a Cannock charity shop the other day.

Jackie Kabler's now on QVC and has left journalism behind!

On air, she's a presenter on there.

Where did it say that? From what I gather she's still a freelance journalist and Television presenter who still has some work to do for Midlands Today!

She was on some obscure shopping channel a few months ago whilst she was on MT and others.

She is not freelancing at the moment with BBC Midlands Today but will be back!

So what about Malin then, or is she busy walking Maisie the mutt?
