I was down in Hereford last week and watched her presenting the Breakfast bulletin and does she usually fluff her lines up that much??

She's the one who during a rained off OB on Central declared it was 'p issing it down' right?

Great news. I must say, Mary Rose (perhaps quite predictably considering her experience) has been very good of late.

In all seriousness though, she has worked well with Nick and seems to bring a certain gravitas to the bulletins whilst also retaining that quite relaxed atmosphere.

Actual, come to think of it, she's not a Tudor warship (although the analogy is quite funny)

She's from the Midlands originally isnt she? SureI heard a interview around the time she joined Inside Out saying so!

Oh what I mean is she's got the Network presenter accent and manner of presenting - something that MT would lose if they did use Malin!

You could argue Nick has the Network presenter accent & manner of presenting as well!

(In other words, MT has 2 presenters with Network experience. How many of the other regions can boast this? I can only think of Harry Gration in Leeds & Roger Johnson in Manchester/Salford, plus Sally Magnusson in Glasgow?)
