If it were someone respectable such as Nelson Mandela, then I would understand your concern.

Just what the hell makes Nelson Mandela "respectable"??

I think that's a rhetorical question. I don't want to insult your intelligence.

I won't point out the other glaring error in your original post then.

OK. 'here' should be 'hear'. Embarassed

Now I haven't got the bug anymore. Very Happy

Are you positive about that?

Yes.

I wouldn't be so sure.

You're right to be sceptical, anymore is another mistake. It's not one word but two. It should read 'any more'.

OK, fair enough.

Well while you're thinking of something, I'll make a cup of tea.

Like I said, I think you were asking a rhetorical question.

You obviously seem quite a fan of his ... just wondering why that's all.

Black screens all of a sudden at 2:55 on BBC News 24 while Bush babbles on about Iraq. Got it back before Katty Kay managed to finish her apology.

Highly impressed with the BBC coverage before the speech. Much better than Sky News where the guy presenting in London admitted on air that he hadn't a clue who many of the people walking into Congress ahead of the President were.

Winifred, What an ignorant person you are. First, it is hear -- not here -- George Bush. Second, he's the President of the United States. Nelson Mandela is no longer a president of anything. Also in his younger days he put bombs on buses. That's what I call terrorism.

Who cares? It's only that stupid brianless idiot George Bush. If it were someone respectable such as Nelson Mandela, then I would understand your concern.

Actually, if anything this is postive, the less people here of George 'idiot' Bush the better.

As terrorists go, I quite like that Bin Laden bloke. Perhaps Mandela's more of the People's Terrorist then.
