BBC Look North West

When will the BBC North West STOP showing that stupid person being dragged along by is it six or seven dogs ? , in their opening sequence, in a day and age when we have pooper scoopers and are being made aware rightly so that dogs must be under control etc, How can anyone claim that taking that number of dogs for a "walk" they are "under control".

I'm assuming you mean North West Tonight rather than Look North West?
