BBC London

Im just wondering, if the BBC have anyplans to refesh the titles , as they have been with them since 2001, (exept change from LDN to London) and all other regions have colour titles, Londons seem to be black and white, with the rings.. wouldnt it make sence to have coloured footage of around london? I have to say, I think the black and white footage looks good, so even if they didnt change it to colour, they could atleast add a few new clips to the package...

I was just thinking myself if the Mods can/will ever get round to changing the 'BBC Region' preference of the Profile from 'LDN' to 'London'...

I think the current package is quite good and unique, but maybe introducing new images of different attractions of the City would do no harm.

I often see BBC London, and Im getting a bit tired of seening the same images, and as london is a changing city, get some shots in their, histroical places, bars, London Eye fromoutside, etc. Id rather it stay black and white than go colour I think. Any insiders here know if they might just refresh them a bit?

That does need changing really, not only with the BBC, but with ITV too, though I'm not sure whether Asa is keeping it for Nostalga reasons, as I'd rather have 'Carlton/LWT' than 'London'
