That's what I mean - quite radical for a BBC outlet NOT to give their presenters direct access to ENPS during their programmes.
BBC Leeds haven't for their main 6.30 for a while, even at Woodhouse Lane. Shorter bulletins (where the presenter probably had a greater input into producing the bulletin) does/did have keyboards on the desk (at the old studio) or laptops.
