People will be cringing watching iPlayer's live stream of BBC One then as the burnt in DOG in the top left of the picture is in the old One font too.

Don't suppose anyone has a video capture of Bill and Sian? Forgot to record it myself.

Bill and Sian - what a breath of fresh air again! I used to watch Breakfast quite regularly but have slowly given up now that Susanna Reid has taken over Sian's role. She asked a guest a question in such a stupid 'forced' voice the other day that I grabbed the remote and switched her off. I was delighted to see Sian back this morning, it's amazing what a better programme it is with her and Bill together. Worst thing they ever did moving to Salford.

The BBC One logo - oh my god. Why can't the designers employed by the BBC see that they're using an old logo? Are they that out of touch with their own organisation? Honestly, I think the BBC would be better recruiting employees from TV Forum; we've got some excellent designers with a passion for detail here.

Yes! Perfect choice. Some of Martin's designs over the past decade have been outstanding; jaw-droppingly good, even.

Isn't it just - I don't mind it being in Salford but the presenters are just not the same.

Susanna Reid I've never been a huge fan of but she seems to be worse with Bill Turnbull - a complete lack of chemistry between them. Louise is not too bad but I think she is a lot better to watch with Jon Kay.

Personally I think the two female relief presenters we have had (Naga Munchetty and Fiona Armstrong just the once) do a better job of the show. Don't get me wrong, it's a much preferable show to Daybreak and it's still watchable, but I much preferred the days of Bill and Sian.

Louise is probably the saving grace of the move to Salford. I now only watch Breakfast on Friday and at weekends because Louise is so happy, upbeat but natural, not forced and affected like Susanna can come across at times. Louise and Charlie are a great pairing for weekends. It would be just perfect if Sian came back during the week.

So you've gone from slowly given up to still watching 3 days a week Rolling Eyes and to think I thought your comments about Selina Scott were contradictory.

Erm, did I say I had given up completely ? I said I have slowly given up because Susanna is presenting so much in the week. I said absolutely nothing about weekend programmes. I used to watch Breakfast practically every day, but now seldom tune in. When I do, it's at weekends. Happy with that?

By the way, Cando, you're really not coming across very well here. Looking at your post history, you spend most of your time here pompously correcting people or attacking them for no reason. For some reason you've cottoned on to attacking me when I've said absolutely nothing to you to provoke it. Kindly pack it in or do us all a favour and stop visiting will you?

Hmm... Dimly lit studio, with real window overlooking somewhat dark outside view.

Launch-era Daybreak, anyone? Wink
