I've heard White City 1 is supposed to be fully vacant next year. It's not as big as you think either, it may even have the fewest desks of all three buildings thanks to its horrible internal layout.

I think the fact its such an imposing lump make it seem larger than it actually is.

Sounds great to me - Fiona making a return to Breakfast TV after nineteen years!

Surprising pairing! Be interesting to see how they get on, although I'm sure they've appeared together before on the News Channel, and obviously Fiona has plenty of experience in breakfast telly. I'm guessing they'll now use a pool of relief presenters for Sundays rather than having a permanent pairing.

I wouldn't call 5/6 months plenty of Breakfast telly experience Wink

Well OK, some experience Wink Don't forget she also presented the breakfast shift on BBC World after she left GMTV, albeit not for very long. And she's also done the 08:30-11:00 NC shift with Simon McCoy on a number of occasions, and I bet she's up early for that!

It's absolutely fantastic that Fiona is going to present on Breakfast. It was only time before she moved back up in the world.

Also really excited that Roger will be on Breakfast as well. I enjoyed watching him on South Today and the news channel. It'll only be time before Ranvir has a go.

I don't think Ranvir will be on the sofa anytime soon, have you seen her on NWT recently? She's heavily pregnant! Razz

Is she? I haven't seen her for a while but didn't know this news.

I take it the 'fake' Breakfast clock and 'Press Red' were designed by the same person who insists on using knock off BBC News logos across the network up until recently.

I had my suspicions for the past few weeks, but has she confirmed it either on or off screen? Annabel for maternity leave cover, I presume.
