According to Steph McGovern's Twitter profile, she'll be a presenter of Watchdog during the next series in addition to her duties on Breakfast.

Is that going to be coming from Salford or Studio V (the One show studio) at NBH?

I think the reference was to SML, not Watchdog. But still very unlikely - it's never been from there before, there's no indication that it will be and the set doesn't really suit SML anyway - the big red sofa is unfortunately quite a permanent feature!

It could be done from Blackstaff Studios in Belfast as BBC Northern Ireland still produce the show. The first 4 series with Susanna Reid and Samira Ahmed were made in Belfast only moving to London when Sian Williams took over but I think it will stay in the One Show studio at New Broadcasting House.

A particularly unusual relief line up on a Saturday edition of Breakfast this morning - Ben Thompson and Steph McGovern.

A very rare appearance of Louise Minchin on a Sunday. She also covered the Andrew Marr bulletins.

Yes, it was odd seeing Louise Minchin on a Sunday. I suspect the usual presenting rota is out-of-kilter what with Dan Walker in Paris at Euro 2016 and the Referendum last week.
