I thought they had started using the weekday clock and 'BBC Breakfast' strap arrangement at weekends as well, but today Breakfast is 'BBC News' strap and black clock on the right again a la News Channel.


Yeah I think that may be a little more inconsistant it was there on good friday. Some days over the past few weeks it has been there and others it has not.

Interesting to see this morning that Look East's Kim Riley was reporting for Breakfast this morning. Interesting on account of using a regional news presenter instead of one of the usual national/Breakfast reporters.


This evening Barney Choudrey did a report for BBC Look East - including it being signed off as BBC Look East. It's the same report which is running on the news channel regarding the body parts being discovered around Herts.

Kim is a true professional and a stalwart of Look East though and is as good, if not better than, a national reporter.

Here's hoping that she's better than Sonia. I rather like Noel on the other hand. He seems to have a bit of personality.
