It looks like Darren Bett was doing the weather from N6 this morning, is that usual for Weekend Breakfast?


Usually for Weekend Breakfast the weather comes from the weather studio, however on bank holidays, IIRC, it always comes from N6.


It is definitely usual for Christmas Day as well. It allows for some banter between the newsreader and weather presenter as they are often the only two people in the studio as there are no papers to review and no sports bulletin.
