So from a tweet from someone who once did a bit of work on Breakfast, it turned into a FIVE page discussion about a new look?

That is definitely peak TV Forum.

You should know, there will never be a new look on Breakfast, we will still have the same studio with the same graphics in 10 years from now!

“Once did a bit of work on Breakfast”!!? He’s the one who created the current titles and graphics and has just tweeted that he has indeed completed the Reith graphics which will be on air in June.

I said it's more like designers are getting shafted at the BBC, That big difference in a statement, I'm rather disappointed your misinterpreted what I have wrote again. So that is twice.

No. That makes no difference to the context in which you used it. I am trying hard to understand the point you are trying to make, and I genuinely can't understand what the difference is. What I can see is that after a tweet from James Mobbs saying he is leaving the BBC "after seven amazing years", you have suggested that he is leaving because "it's more like designers are being shafted at the BBC".

At best this is a sweeping statement, as mentioned there are very few parts of the BBC that have in-house designers, and is reading things from Mobbs' tweet that clearly aren't there. At worst is is very misleading, presented as a fact and not an opinion, and borderline libellous. You've even said "no one knows for sure why James left", but you appear to have made your own mind up, and not presented it in a way that make it clear it's an opinion.

Once again you have move the goalposts or misinterpreted what i've saying. There are three different things here:

A: You have twisted what I have said three times, the last two times I have rebluffed them you never objected, I made clear with "MORE LIKE" that makes very clear that is opinion, and is VERY Clearly was not presented as a fact. If someone said to you that more like its broken or that more like its 2, Does that person saying that cleary saying it as fact? No, its their opinion. I have told you why I have come up with that since I have spoken with other people but you have also ignored that part. Here is my opinion, YOUR made up Your mind with your own opinion and not with facts especially since you kept twisting stuff, your not trying hard enough if your judgement is cloudy.

More like = informal,

B: why James left, yes no know really knows, I also said " Maybe he just wanted to get new outlook and concepts to deal to broaden his horizons and improve his craft. " Maybe, is that presented as opinion yes.... No know really knows, but I dont think designers get a good deal, It's all freelanced, and if your in house you have a very small concept you can work with and you can't spread your wings. Some Draft sod in the BBC looked at Martin prince pics thought wow there outstanding which they are and thought lets have them in our idents. Never worked out did it?

C: I'm not including your goodself in this, but it's becoming clear there are some real judgemental people on this forum who are like a pack of wolfs, who just blinding like give thumbs up,even with point are clearly been incorrect

Is it that hard to just wish someone well? Sad

623058, you're a prolific poster here but maybe need to start looking at quality over quantity of posts. Presenting sweeping statements without an inch of backup is tiresome..as is a mammoth waffling reply to someone who has pulled you up on the content of a post. I suspect some are picking up on your overuse of the word "crap" when describing a lot of stuff too.

And separately, some people really need to calm down when reading a tweet. I think we all have a bit of a laugh around levels of speculation on this site but when it descends into sniping comments, memes or eye-rolls, it needs to stop.

Apologies. My eye-roll was just because I want to talk about TV pres, not read speculation about people’s jobs.
