Haha I can just imagine half the people on here, probably got their alarm clock set for 5.55 already!

Took the words out of my mouth.

Seven thirty... Well it's therefore nothing new presenter wise since that would be visible from the beginning of the show. Maybe one of the presenters is doing some real journalism? Or Nicky is involved..?

It says that Moira will present the weekend bulletins on Saturdays!

Does that mean that the presenters will read the news, like Saturday and Sunday.?

Video captures at the ready on behalf of the BIG MOIRA fans.

Ah just spotted on that page...

You can watch that just after 7.30am, 8.30am and 9am. If you can't stay in to watch, we'll have a recording on this website, later this morning.

From next Tuesday morning, Breakfast will have a new look and a new studio. We'll be telling you more about that on Friday morning's programme.

Edit: Thought I'd upload a capture...

Well it says that there's a new look Breakfast on Tuesday - from a new set - so I presume they're ditching this ridiculous idea of having a 'newsreader' as well as the two presenters.

What ridiculous about it? Breakfast (Time) had a newsreader as well up to 1993 didn't it? GMTV Today has a newsreader.

It always worked quite well if you ask me. But when Breakfast is in N6 I can't really see there being any space at all.

There are two "professional" journalists on the sofa who are more than capable of reading the news. Why do we need someone else to do it? Talk about a waste of money.

Are you saying they should be a separate newsreader on News 24 too!!!?

How can you use the swill that is GMTV Today as an example of respectable broadcasting? Isn't that Penny woman classified as a 'newsreader' on that? I rest my case!
