Newsnight's in TC11

Have they dragged the set up or are they CSOing it?

(I say up as I'm under the illusion that TC11 is a few floors above TC7 - if it's not then interpret it as going *up* the numbers of the studios...)

IIRC TC11 was the old 7 News studio - Newsnight have used that one before as backup during the great gallery flood last year. I do hope that Moira's backdrop will be sorted by tomorrow - looked a bit of a mess tbh.

Well I presume they were zoomed in because the rest of the set was shoved somewhere else. I only saw in in 14:9 though - maybe the set didn't extend far enough for a proper 16:9 frame?

... and the wideshot at the BOTH 0630 is quite tight. Wondering what we'll see throughout the programme - there may well be less space in t'studio now. Wonder if we'll see Moira in the nationals set - that'll get BBC WORLD excited...

EDIT: Yup, we're using nationals set - but quite a poor shot. Will pop a cap up at 0700

Yes, thanks for the caps, James. I don't get Breakfast here, so appreciate your caps.

He's part of the BBC World / BBC National sport team. Still presents "Extra Time" on BBC World.
