Declan Curry is leaving Breakfast and moving to Working Lunch, as reported elsewhere.

Adam Shaw is swapping places and taking over from Declan.

A shame to see Declan go but I suppose he must be getting a little bored of being on Breakfast as he's been there for the five years I've been watching the programme and I'm sure he was there before that.

Besides we've been seing less and less of Declan recently with other presenters such as Aaron Hesselhurst and Paddy O Connor presenting instead.

This morning they initially "couldn't find their clock", which was missing from the screen. At 6:31am (if I recall correctly) Sian resorted to picking up the desk clock (silver with a large digital screen) and showing the time on it to a camera. The clock reappeared around 6:35am.

It took them nearly 30 seconds to find a camera shot! Why did she bother?

Why couldn't the gallery use the NC DOG or something. It's better then nothing.

Well it's a different gallery, so the NC graphics might not be loaded into TC7.

Problems connecting to the weather on location, so Kirsty McCabe (?) has stepped in to do it from the normal weather studio

Was it live or prerecorded? I thought that it was the standard back up plan to have a prerecorded forecast by the overnight presenter in case of a link failure.

When I saw it, there was no interaction with Charlie and Sian, so probably a pre-rec.

Hrmm, it seemed to be a live one, as i'm sure she said "thank you Sian"

And she was on BBC London doing the weather slightly later, so it would make sense

She was on the overnight shift though wasn't she? So surely the early morning BBC London forecast was pre-recorded like the rest of the regions. Usually when there's a problem with the live Breakfast forecast, they go to a pre-recorded one by the overnight forecaster - I remember Tomasz did one when there were particualrly heavy thunder storms in and around London.

It struck me as pre-recorded due to the lack of banter - if she was live I'm sure she would have made a joke about Carol or something like that. The regional forecasts are definetly pre-recorded, as at the same time Kirsty was on BBC London she was also on here in the East Midlands, and, I'd imagine, in several other regions too

Who isn't getting a London recorded regional forecast these days at breakfast?

Looks like West Midlands(own record!) & from what I saw Monday via SKY, North West(live!) aren't, but is anyone else doing their own thing?
