Walking to the office just now I noticed an OB van outside the coffee shop at Spitalfields market, and looking through the windows there was Declan Murray .

Something to do with the Budget, I guess?

Or perhaps Declan Murray was just in to buy a Curry!

Yes, Gavin. They must be really scraping the barrell these days if they want me to top the bill. LOL. I made sure you got a mention too. Gotta keep Scotland Today as a truly global phenomenon!!!

Back on the subject of Breakfast, is it still Bill and Sian most days? I wish they would bring back that sky blue backdrop. I thought it was quite innovative, as opposed to the current orangey thing.

It was Susanna Reid. She's usually presenting each Friday-Sunday.

I thought it was nice to see Simon McCoy back on Breakfast with his usual mix of serious news and light hearted banter. I wonder if he's on all weekend?

Yes, it's rather pleasant this morning, unless it's terrible in London?

Bill hinted that it was due to a technical problem, but made out the real reason was because Carol had become a diva since winning her Best Weather Presenter award and was too important to be outside

As I had my television on Mute, I wasn't sure what it was. Thanks for clearing it up.
