What the heck happened to the weather just now? First of all John Hammond's mic wasn't faded up... then he was cut off in his prime in the middle of the forecast!

Why Bill and Kate? What happened to Dermot, Natasha and Sian or have they both got the week off?

I noticed this morning that Breakfast have seem to reverted back to headlines at 8.15, and didn't look like there were any 'Coming up' bits after it. At least a step in the right direction.

Moira was on yes. Did anyone notice at 8.00 this morning Breakfast seemed to have lots of time with not enough things to fill it. Thats why they used the headlines at 8.15 I reckon, to pass the time so to speak.

I saw the last fifteen minutes of the programme and they were still eating (and drinking) at the TOTH but conveniently there was a rather long report so they could finish and prepare themselves again no doubt. I did like the end shot though - a live picture of the barbeque on its own in the garden.

I've noticed for a while now that whenever Breakfast comes from the N24 studio, the tower always animates at the beginning of the titles. It's not too bad with the Breakfast Clock as it blends in and is significantly smaller than the tower but the tower stands out and covers up part of the titles. Why do they do this?

Presumably the automation instruction to put the tower on is on that event in the schedule template.

I notice from that clip that BBC London go staright back to Bill and Sian with no titles or breaks.

From what I recall, NWT usually show a BBC ONE trail before joining Breakfast's titles.
