Well it was all supposed to be part of better integration between BBC One bulletins and BBC News 24 wasn't it?

AFAIK Sophie has appeared about 4 times in Louise's place and Natasha covered twice for Jane Hill in one week...It obviously wont happen that often just when there short probably...

Oh My God, you are actually joking? When was she seen on there then and when is she meant to be appearing on this supposedly regular basis? I can't imagine her on N24.

Why not - she used to be one of Sky News' main presenters?

As I say, it was just meant to be part of better integration between bulletins and a way of getting more use out of the national presenters. It will only happen on an ad-hoc basis though...

Natasha K needs to put a few more hours in - 30 min per 5 day week for her salary is ridiculous compared to the lengthy shifts Maxine & Jane do. Having said that I do think she's a very credible presenter. I also think the lack of 'live tv' she does has made her stale and up herself. Does anyone think when her contract's renewed which is around about now it will require her to do N24 shifts? If not it should !!


sorry.....meant 'rolling' news - and yes, i know she does 'live' events they're not the same as live N24 2hr news presenter 2hr shifts several times a week like Maxine Mawhinney & Jane Hill do. I do wish Natasha would do some of them as i do enjoy her and Sophie as a presenter and it just seems a shame we don't get to see much of them although i know sophie does n24 now and it's like a breath of fresh air.

julia george defo had a big bump so good luck to her she's a nice lady.

Not political correctness, a combination of common sense and biology.

What's it got to do with biology? I think the suggestion was that she got married so the child wouldn't be illegitimate.
