....and, much as I love Sian, I wish she'd stop telling us about how she's just about to tell us the time: "Let's look at the time - it's 7.25". Just tell us!
Leave her alone. Sian is one of the best presenters on BBC News. She is natural, friendly and yet still very professional. She always makes it seem as though she is just holding a conversation with the viewer......and "Let's look at the time" is just one example of this
Don't get me wrong, I do think Sian's great, and I'm really glad she's been made a main presenter on Breakfast. It was just a little niggle which seemed a bit pointless, and like something you might explain from a Playschool presenter. As long as we don't get 'The big hand's pointing to the seven...', I'm sure I can cope as she is fab.
Incidentally I notice she's beginning to show now, and appeared to be using Mishal's cushion this morning. Clearly pregnancy and the Breakfast sofa put their strain on ones back.
I bet Sian didn't thank Dermot for raising the question of her pregnancy at the end of the show this morning. He prompted their guest, who clearly had no idea of the circumstances of Sian's love child, to say: "It was the hormones that got you into trouble." Poor old Dermot! I bet he got beaten up after the end credits!

Was just on to post about the cushion/bump combination! I hardly think it's up to use to criticise her for having an affair, somehow.
New Breakfast opening titles music now online at David Lowe's site, suprised the hold is over 2 minute but nonetheless nice to hear it full! Go to TV Projects.

If I watched the show it'd be worth it for a moment like that . Dermots usually been quite careful when tiptoeing or prancing around his past co presenters proclivities.
