God Chie you're *so* quick to judge.

This scenario is rather like that bigoted old woman that Brown met - she couldn't get home with her bag of shopping, as every passing ENG crew dragged her off to interview her.

Look behind him in the caps and you'll see the next crew only feet away.

I'm not sure it's quite like that. He was on the ITV Lunchtime News again today.

My mistake. He's worse than Jordan. Wink

I'm sorry, once again I'm puzzled by some threaders (all of the above included).
A lot of us watch and possibly work in news and when a big story unfolds we look for explanations.
Here appears to be a credible witness - and for tv and radio, more importantly - a good speaker. Is it any surprise he's interviewed by news crews nearby?
What do you want instead?
As for the spelling, maybe that's down to an error in the gallery - it's not the first time it's happened.

Gavin's right though, if you look at the BBC, Sky and This Morning screengrabs, not only are they minutes apart they are also in the same location.... look at the blue building behind.

There's 2 Sky and 2 ITV screengrabs, presumably what they did was interview him live and then do a filmed interview with him afterwards which they can add into a package. Normally they'll turn round to get a different background or go somewhere better/nicer (which wouldn't be accessible from the sat truck

Absolutely, as I said earlier, he's got a good story to tell and tells it well, that's why everyone's featured him - he's a perfect interviewee.

Many years ago I was on the scene of a big breaking story, and got interviewed by a reporter from one broadcaster as I'd witnessed part of the incident (which was a few days earlier but only just made public) . As soon as I'd finished all the others hanging around came up to get me to repeat it all for them.

Just seen him on one of the Sky Sports channels during an ad break in a promotion for the continuing Sky News coverage of the shootings.
