Agreed. I think as ever depending who is on the late shift - the quality of Sport coverage will vary.
Having said that So Rahman was terrible when he did Sport on the late. He always got names wrong and never seemed to be convincing when he was reading it out.

I think they are attepting to get a corporate look because as has been said they are all working for ITV News now.
It'll have to change again everywhere later in the year anyway when ITV have a brand makeover.

Not a great show on GR toinght.
They've gone very hard news but need to retain some of that human interest and out and about feel they had a few months ago.
It's still a lot better than it was - at least the manufactured rubbish has gone - but I'd like to see a little bit less crime and a bit more out fun in the show.
Also I wish Alistair Mann would slow down when he does the sport.
Either that or get Mike Hall back.

I really wish they would replace Tony Morris, he really makes me cringe.

Today's afternoon summary was full of faults, there was a vision fault which Caroline kept apologising for. Even Caroline got mixed up and at one point she thought that they were going to Yorkshire, I think she meant that Granada were going to simulcast Calendar News, but they didn't and showed a report.

Erm... on holiday perhaps? Why do you want to know, are you her stalker?

Small point but Granada are using a new reporter called Kate Giffard - only been on at weekends so far but she is a cracker!!!

But then again - new Editor - new opinion!
