If you look at the Granada News & Granada Reports Logos on the Plasma, they look different than the ones on the Oepning Sequence, I wonder if a change of Titles is on the Cards.
I didn't mention anything about the plasma caption, I just said talking of titles. The ones on the plasma are use a lighter blue colour.
Granada News could change their titles to the new blue colour, seeing as two other regions have 'customised' their titles - London who use a diagonal sting & title sequence and Meridian who use a lot of black in their sequence & sting.

All the background on the plasma is, is the moving squares background featured in most of ITV's regional news story graphics, like what used to be in the old Granada studio. some other regions uses those aswell, I think Anglia Tonight.
