All news channels reporting that there is an armed police operation in the Notting Hill area. Sky News have a live eyewitness on the phone at the moment viewing the whole thing. You can hear the police shouting at the suspected terrorist telling him to come out fully unclothed or in underwear. Reports of small explosions as well.
Just posted the same thing in the Sky News thread. Sky's coverage is brilliant. I suppose it is a bit lucky that they got such a good eyewitness, but it really makes the situation tense, bringing it home to the audience. Lisa - the eyewitness - is doing a brilliant job.

Indeed. She is saying that the police is shouting his name - Mohammed.
Great to see 'Breaking News For Britain' devoting nothing to the story at the moment due to the London Today opt-out. Clearly money is the main issue, but in circumstances like this can nothing be done to provide rolling coverage from the second studio rather than having to watch an item about the queen mothers old dresses As has been said Sky and their eyewitness Lisa is brilliant.
They've just said that they have to evacuate her to a safe area. Perhaps the police believed that the building was still empty, but following her appearance on Sky they've realised that she's still there. Hopefully, we'll see her in vision with Mark White at the scene soon - put a face to the voice!
