They're having more breaks and come backs than Frank Sinatra. Very Happy

No surprises then. Ofcom really need to give Arise their comeuppance and revoke their licences.

It is in nobodies interests for OFCOM to do anything other than stop them broadcasting.

Is it even in Ofcom's interest to intervene? I doubt there is anything they can do.

Is there still a 'fit and proper' aspect to a licence?

To Arise, their 'fit and proper' aspect is a blank screen

Arise News finally removed from the Astra 2 satellite (around mid-December). It is, still broadcasting on the Freeview streamed channels section, on LCNs 244 and 257. TRT World is now testing on the transponder it previously housed.

Probably remarkable how it did manage to creep back up into the Sky EPG, but I guess that Sky are third time lucky this time around.

Further on from its removal from Astra 2 (and being replaced by a much better news channel, TRT World, which is testing), Arise News' old Freeview channel licence has been removed. The streamed channel licence is still there.

Arise News' Freeview streamed licence is very much still in existance:

Oh dear - I believe that it could be the old DTT licence for COM7 which was removed. I stand corrected.
