Anna Ford

Well today saw, if i can count, her 4th week off in a row. With Darren presenting the One.

Before she went on her vacation i had noticed that she has been working more 3-day-weeks - so could we see Anna reduce her presenting role after the hols?

And how long is it 'till her contract runs out?

Bearing in mind she has been at the BBC for a very long time, I should imagine she'll have lots more time off.

I think Darren is a lot better on the One. I think Anna would be good on the Ten O'Clock News, but I don't think that will ever happen. Last time she presented such a bulletin was News at Ten in the late-seventies. (long before my time !!! )

It really is FAR better with Darren.

I suspect my thoughts on Ms Ford are well known on here, so no need to repeat them.

Suffice it to say that if she's taking over the Ten O'Clock, it ought to be the Ten O'Clock in Uzbekistan, or somewhere similar.
