Are the presenters of the West sub-opt on Look East contracted to the BBC. I ask because mysteriously none of them appear on Look East's website. Also anyone any idea why Andrew Sinclair is presenting from Cambridge - its the second time this week. He did last night as well. The late bulletins are often the two Bundocks, Carol in the east and Laura in the west.

Maybe they just haven't got round to updating it. it's hardly priority number one. Amanda Goodman, Ameilia Reynolds, Shaun Peel, Rachael Dane, Andrew Sinclair & Jenny Kirk all do the West Sub opt as well and they are on the website.
Look East have changed the background behind the presenters. It appears to be of the Forum as previously. It however appears to have more red in it and is a blurrier style image then the previous crisp picture previously.
Just noticed the lift going down so it is a moving image, whether live or pre-recorded not sure.
Anglia was leading its saturday bulletins with the stabbing on a policewoman in Oakham, Rutland. Now I normally dont get to see the Anglia West service living in Norwich but with the new weekend pan-regional bulletins we get to hear once again whats happening in Milton Keynes, Luton, etc. But surely this is stretching the Anglia patch? I never heard of them covering a Rutland (ex-Leicestershire) story before.
I wonder if neone saw Look East to see if they were covering this.
Back in the day Anglia used to talk of covering the 9 counties of the East - im guessing this means all of , Suffolk, Cambs and Beds, plus either large or small parts of Bucks, Northants,Norfolk, Lincs, Herts and Essex. And if im really being fussy this should be 10 because of the gone but not forgotten county of Hunts.
Doesn't Rutland have its own weekend television service?
I wonder whether the red strips have been really physically added to The Forum, or are just added to the webcam image afterwards with GCI or something?

It's not even a webcam image, it's either a recorded video or more likely a still image. Therefore it can be easily edited to add this.
