I would of done
– 06:00 Breakfast
– 07:30 MOTD
– 09:00 BBC News at Nine (moves from BBC Two)
– 09:30 Marr
– 10:30 Sunday Politics
– 11:00 Sunday Morning Live
It'll just be back to as it was before - Sunday Morning Live is already back at 10am, so Sunday Politics will be at 11am then likely Homes Under the Hammer and Bargain Hunt filling 11.30-1pm. After years of bouncing around the schedules Songs of Praise seems pretty much fixed at 1.15pm now, and then it's generally the usual daytime fodder and one or two narrative repeats of shows like Eat Well For Less in the afternoon.

I wouldn't. Either show Breakfast until a time when people are actually awake on a Sunday or don't bother with it full stop considering it is mostly London based presenters on Sundays in any case.

I generally get up at the same time at weekends as I do during the week. I don't like wasting the day. I'm not sure the choice of presenters on Sundays makes much difference. Roger Johnson is one of the more regular ones, and he's not London based.

The argument would be that if breakfast was using Salford based presenters that broadcasting from Salford would make sense even if the programme is mostly on the News Channel whereas it makes little sense to send 2 London based presenters to Salford all expenses paid just to present a bulletin that could just as easily come from London without the breakfast branding if it is only going out on the NC.

The thing you have to remember is Breakfast is more than the presenters, although they may commute from London, the editorial and production team are based in Salford

How on earth do you think it's more efficent or cheaper to hire in an extra crew in London for 1 shift a week compared to a 7 day shift operation in Salford with the economies of scale involved.

Sally and Rachel Burden are not in London either.
Neither Nina Warhurst and in the case of Ben he is then sometimes doing Business the following day so would need to travel up anyway.
