An english-language Al Jazeera for ex patriate Middle Easterners would be useful if subtle propagnda and brainwashing could be introduced into it.

I presume you have not subscribed to the Arabic version on Sky, and I also presume you do not speak a word of Arabic (like me).
Therefore, we are in exactly the same position. We can neither receive the channel, nor understand it if we could.
So how do you know it is full of 'anti-Semitic, hate and violence inciting tripe' unless someone else (doubtless with either a vested interest or complete ignorance) has told you this?
